Crystal Audi

Crystal is a Wellness Assistant for the Center for Patient and Provider Experience and the Office of Professional Worklife

Crystal’s current research focuses on healthcare provider wellness, which includes work on provider burnout, physician mentoring, and gender disparities.  Her role as a Wellness Assistant also involves assisting in wellness programming, serving as a wellness resource to providers, and supporting the Provider Wellness Committee.

Crystal’s past research has been in LGBTQ minority stress, experiences of sexism and feminist identity development in college women, and the intersection of identity groups such as gender, race, and sexual orientation in diverse populations.

Crystal received her BA in Psychology and Women’s and Gender Studies from Marquette University.

Fun Fact: Crystal has been skydiving and hopes to go again soon.
